Tuesday:
5:30 AM Circuit Training
5:30 PM Country Heat

Wednesday: 
8 AM PiYo
9:15 AM SSneakers
5:45 PM PPOUND

Thursday:
5:30 AM Circuit Training
6 PM Core de Force

Friday:
8 AM PiYo 
9:15 AM SSneakers

5:30-6:15 PM-TUMBLING Ages 3-5

6:15-7:00 PM-TUMBLING Ages 6-8

7:00-7:45 PM-TUMBLING Ages 9+

Saturday:
8 AM 3PEAT – 90 min – Core de Force, POUND & PiYo in that order.

HAPKIDO/MARTIAL ART SCHEDULE

Child Tues/Wed/Thurs 530-615 PM

Adult Mon-Fri 6:30-7:30 PM
